Specifically, we faced challenges in finalizing our work within the expected timeline, as outlined in the explanatory letter from BDO Malaysia dated April 10, 2026.\n\nThe letter details that the delay was primarily due to the transition of our WebTrust Practitioner’s License from our previous entity to BDO, which required additional time to ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant professional obligations.
